Store Admin Manager – Riverside Mall, Mbombela The Spitz Group Vacancy

Main Purpose:

The successful individual will be responsible for the store administration function and will be an assistant to the Store Manager.

Line Manager: Store Manager

Subordinates: Stockroom Controller and Cashiers (applicable to big stores)

Job Specification:

Key Performance Areas:

• Ensuring the adherence to policies and procedures as per the Spitz administration in policy
• Managing the cash and stock control of the store
• Caretaking the store and staff in the absence of the Store Manager
• Ensuring the world-class service of Spitz customers

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years’ retail experience
• 1-year administration management experience with at least more than 2 years’ working experience

Qualifications:

• Complete Matric / Grade 12
• Tertiary Retail Qualification will be to your advantage
