Senior Human Resources Officer – Spitz Group Vacancies

An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Human Resources Officer at Spitz Group in Bryanston, Johannesburg.

The purpose of the role is to assist the leadership of the Human Resources team by driving the administrative HR process, workflows, and reporting and providing generalist human resources services and advice to the business.

Line Manager: IR Consultant

Number of Direct Reports: HR Administrator

Job Specification:

Minimum Requirements:

Experience: 

• At least 5 years HR generalist experience in a corporate environment

Qualifications:

• 3-year National Higher Diploma / National First Degree in HR discipline

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of Interviewing skills
• Knowledge of different HR disciplines (HR Value Chain)
• Knowledge of HR Systems (SAP)
• Computer Literacy (MS Office), Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of Labor Legislation
