Field Service Supervisor wanted in Camps Bay

A construction and mining company based in Camps Bay is in urgent need of a Field Service Supervisor to fill the vacant position.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or N3 Certificate or equivalent
• Qualified: Fitter / Fitter & Turner / Millwright (Verified Section 13 / 26D qualification)
• Valid SA driver’s license- code 08

Minimum Experience:

• 5-10 years field services experience
• Must have solid experience in pump applications
• Safety training or awareness
• Maintenance planning and management in a production environment

Key Duties:

• Liaise with Customers
• Ensure growth within the Field Services department
• Control projects and or trails from start to finish
• Propose trails to different clients
• Supervise the workforce ensuring that they are performing their tasks as required
• Be able to produce daily feedback reports on Field Services
• Control tooling and safety gear
• Ensure 100% safe compliance to company standards and procedures
• Control the consumables to prevent unnecessary wastage.
• Perform standby duties when required and be available as per requests
• Assist in resolving customer related problems
• Perform RCA’s on failed equipment
• Manage normal and overtime worked by Field Services
• Ensure that workers are complying with safe working procedures and assist with the upkeep of HSE regulations on site / permits and contractors’ packs
• Adhere to company  HSE and disciplinary procedures at all times
• Stock management
