The successful individual will be responsible for the store administration function and will be an assistant to the Store Manager.
Line Manager: Store Manager
Subordinates: Stockroom Controller and Cashiers (applicable to big stores)

- Ensuring the adherence to policies and procedures as per the Spitz administration in policy
- Managing the cash and stock control of the store
- Caretaking the store and staff in the absence of the Store Manager
- Ensuring the world-class service of Spitz customers
Minimum Requirements:

Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years’ retail experience
- 1-year administration management experience with at least more than 2 years’ working experience
Qualifications:
- Complete Matric / Grade 12
- Tertiary Retail Qualification will be to your advantage
